I've been using this phone for about a week now and in the process I've unearthed some really neat camera tips and tricks that would help you take stunning photos.

The Vivo V7's front camera takes great selfies and best of all, it sports a great Portrait Mode . This mode puts you in the center of photos with a slightly blurred background.
A great way to put a spin on those selfies with bokeh mode is to add a layer of beauty effects. Yes, the Vivo V7 allows you to combine these two features.
All you have to do is press the Portrait mode , and select the Face Beauty fashion.
Adjust settings and click flawless selfies in Portrait mode .Ever since Apple invented Live Photos in iPhone 6 and 6S Plus, most phones including Samsung Galaxy S8 and Note8, Google Pixel 2 and Vivo V7 have followed suit.
the Live Photo The V7's feature allows you to extend a few moments on either side of shots, giving you a preview of the fun moments when a photo is taken.
All you have to do is tap the Live Icon in the camera app. These photos are stored in Gallery by default and have a tag of Live Photos at the top. By clicking on the image, you will see a short clip before and after the shot.
Images taken in Live Photos can be saved and shared as normal photo or as video files.The volume rockers and fingerprint sensor easily double as shutter buttons. But hey… it’s 2017 and voice command integration isn’t really rocket science anymore.
Fortunately, the Vivo V7 has its fair share of voice control. However, unlike the Samsung Galaxy A5/A7 or Galaxy J7 Max, this phone does not give you a number of options such as Smile, snap or Shoot .
This nifty setting lets you capture a moment by simply saying the word Cheese . Tap the Settings in the upper right corner and choose the third option from the list.
You can also control the V7 camera with a palm gesture.
Speaking of voice control, here are 3 things to know about Google Voice UpdateIf I had a dollar for every time I ended up with tilted photos, I would already be a millionaire. Kidding aside, no one would ever want to end up with a bad shot.
This is also true for pro mode, considering the time and effort required to get a decent shot in this mode.
Fortunately, the pro mode comes with a leveler. So now all you have to do is tap on the little icon in the top left corner and you're good to go. A small tilt to the left or right would send a warning.

Going by name Group Selfie , this feature captures a wider view allowing you to cram more friends into the group photo.

Another neat trick is to lock the exposure and focus on the V5. This ensures consistent lighting when recording video.

To activate this feature, long press on the screen you want to focus on until the confirmation prompt appears on the screen. While you're at it, try dragging the brightness meter.Last on this list of tips and tricks, we have the Mirror Selfie characteristic. Personally, this is one of my favorite features of the V7 camera.
As you may already know, a selfie is always mirrored and the end result is usually great.
If you prefer the photo to be taken exactly as you see it through the viewfinder, the Mirror Selfie functionality is your answer. Tap the Settings cog and enable the mode from the list of options.Now all selfies will be captured from V7 as you see it in the viewfinder.
