Phones are getting bigger and bigger these days. With the gigantic Samsung Galaxy and Sony Xperia screens you can probably go in all directions, but it is certainly not convenient. The iPhone se, on the other hand, is a lot nicer to handle and easier to use. Especially when you don't have to work on the phone every day (such as editing Word files, holding meetings or other things that require a large screen), a small phone is definitely worth considering.
Design of the iPhone SE
The iPhone SE is similar in size and style to the iPhone 5s, but the hardware and power are comparable to that of an iPhone 6s. The new iPhone SE is lightweight and easy to hold. For enthusiasts, a very fine rose gold color has also been added to the range. If you liked the iPhone 5s, you'll love the SE.
Using the iPhone SE
The 4-inch sized phone may take some getting used to with all those large smartphone devices on the market. But after a few days of use you get used to it. That smaller screen also brings many advantages. The gigantic Samsung Galaxy S9 will of course never fit in your pocket, but that handy iPhone SE does. The pockets in your handbag that are specially made for your phone also keep the iPhone SE in place easily and securely. You can therefore easily tap at the very top of the screen with 1 movement. That is a different story with those large devices.
The screen and the sound
The iPhone SE has the same screen as the iPhone 5s. The screen may be small, but the resolution is still 1136 x 640. A clear and bright screen, just like other iPhone variants. The color temperature seems to be slightly warmer now and then, but no further differences are found. The speakers (processed at the bottom of the iPhone se) are stronger than you would think. Both high and mid tones can be heard loud and clear. Of course you can enjoy music even better with the use of the headphones. The Consumers' Association was also pleased with this device.
Conclusion All in all, the iPhone SE is just an incredibly nice device. The hardware functions well and the screen takes some getting used to, but ultimately very user-friendly. As always, everything works as it should:small but nice!
