Now, this behavior can sometimes become very annoying. This is because you may want to search on www.google.com instead of the country domain (as results may vary).
So is there a way to prevent the redirect and force open www.google.com? Yes there is. And when you want to do that, just press the URL http://www.google.com/ncr where ncr means no country forwarding .
You only need to do this once. This results in a cookie being set on your browser, then when you try to reach www.google.com there will be no redirect.
