Open account.Battle.net in a web browser and log in with your Battle.net credentials.
Next, on the Account Management page, click Connections on the left side panel. You will see a list of all established connections to the Battle.net account along with console and social media accounts. Click on Disconnect next to the console.
This will disconnect the bad console and open the space for a new console. Connect the new console from the same page by clicking Connect.
