Wireless Solutions &Accessories (WSA) is locally owned and operated by three families who have come together as partners to extend the dreams of its original owners, Travis and Suzanne Landsaw. With a vision to create a business with a family atmosphere, excellent customer service, honesty and hard work. Wireless Solutions &Accessories was born in April 2013.
With the decision to transform a life of drug addiction and prison, Travis worked to create a business of integrity centered on family and helping others. While in a rehabilitation center, Travis was introduced to a life-changing experience with God. After three and a half years in a company where he learned the ins and outs of cell phones, the time has come to strike out on his own and make his dreams a reality. With free paint, a small starting inventory, a small starter account (mostly borrowed from those who believed in him), and hard work from friends, Wireless Solutions and Accessories opened its doors. In no time, Wireless Solutions &Accessories has become the trusted place to go in Midwest City if you need a good replacement phone or a repair. Providing a cost-effective means of obtaining a mobile device has become a necessity for the majority of families. Taking care of customers with quality service and attention to detail has become a family affair. With two children often in the background and only a few employees, building relationships with repeat customers has become an integral part of the business.
Over the years, the idea of expanding and helping more customers in the Oklahoma City metro area began to grow. Finding the right partners and the right time finally arrived in 2020. With a corporate restructuring, two friends found themselves looking for new plans for their future. With the same values of integrity and hard work, these two individuals and their families joined the Wireless Solutions &Accessories team.
Opening a location in Norman and Northwest Oklahoma City was done with great care. Creating a model business of continued growth, but maintaining the individual small family business atmosphere was important to all partners. Company colors, a logo and a marketing plan were added or changed, but procedures and quality were maintained. Wireless solutions and accessories have become WSA, but there are no shortcuts in our repairs or in the way we serve our customers. The trust of our customers is essential in everything we do. The satisfaction of seeing a customer walk away with a problem solved, a repair completed, or a cost-effective upgrade on their mobile device lets us know we are making a difference.
Making that difference also extends to our communities. The Midwest City site has been a member of the Midwest City Rotary Club since 2015. Each owner family works weekly and monthly in areas of community growth activities through our local church and through local involvement in fundraisers. funds or commercial organizations. Monthly contributions and our support of the "Keep the Change" efforts Warriors for Freedom, a wonderful organization that helps veterans succeed in civilian life. With a history of substance abuse, taking the time to encourage and mentor people in drug addiction centers has been an important aspect of reaching out to the community.
Continued growth in the metropolitan area is in our future to help and serve more. In doing so, price consistency, quality repairs and inventory, and supporting our customers with honesty and compassion are and will remain fundamental to WSA.
