This way you make just as beautiful images as in the TV program Drone Masters!

Have you also seen the TV program Drone Masters? In the program, well-known Dutch people have to perform various assignments with a drone, such as a skill assignment, a photo assignment and a video assignment. And the question is, which of them is the best drone pilot? The participants photograph, among other things, from the air and make beautiful images. But also in normal life drone photography has grown enormously in recent years. After all, it offers the possibility to take pictures that you cannot take with a mobile phone or a digital camera. Do you also want to make such beautiful images as in the TV program Drone Masters? Read our tips here.

Make sure you know how your drone works
Before you fly with your dry one, you need to know how it works. Read the user manual carefully. There are many useful tips for use, as well as what to do in certain situations.

Find a good location
Find a good location to fly, because due to safety you are not allowed to fly everywhere with a drone. For example, you are not allowed to fly near an airport, and not above contiguous buildings. You are also not allowed to fly higher than 120 meters above ground or water. You are also not allowed to fly in the dark, for example, because you must always be able to see the drone.

Provide good light
Try to fly when the light is right. Think of the soft, yellow-tinged light as the sun sets and ends its journey on the horizon. Also when the sky is a vivid blue before sunrise in the morning and after sunset in the evening is ideal. Light is a crucial ingredient to any photo and these special moments of the day are perfect for both on the ground and in the air.

Bring an extra battery with you
Battery life is a big factor with drones. Most batteries last 20-25 minutes before you need to recharge them, so it's useful to carry an extra battery to give you more time during a shoot.

Create higher resolution images with panoramic photos Drone cameras are often limited in terms of photo resolution due to their relatively low megapixel count. Of course, this does not apply to the more expensive drones. One way to increase the number of pixels is to take a panoramic photo. Drones are usually very good at staying still and level, which makes taking a series of shots for a panorama very easy.
